Health Insurance
Comprehensive medical and dental coverage is provided to you and your eligible dependents on the first day of the month following 90 days of employment.
Employee 401(k) Savings Plan
Allows you to save for your retirement through before-tax Deferred Compensation Savings 401(k) contributions, or through after-tax Voluntary Savings contributions. You choose how to invest your contributions from different investment funds. Before-tax contributions and all investment earnings are tax-deferred, which means you don’t pay taxes on the money until you take it out of the plan.
Life Insurance
The company offers a paid life insurance plan of $20,000 . You may enroll in a voluntary group life insurance plan up to $100,000 or 50% of your current annual salary; AD&D and Short Term Disability. There is also voluntary dependent life insurance coverage, plus AD&D.
